XFINITI provides fiber internet connectivity subject to the coverage, equipment, and plan you select. Installation, activation, and service delivery times may vary by location.

Payments

Service is billed on your chosen billing cycle. Payments may be made through your Client Zone, our online payment page, or authorized payment channels. Delinquent accounts may be subject to service suspension in accordance with our policies. Online payments are final once processed by the payment provider.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to engage in activity that damages the network, infringes others' rights, or violates applicable law. You are responsible for all activity on your connection.

Equipment

Equipment provided remains the property of XFINITI unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for its safekeeping and for loss or damage while in your possession.

Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount of the affected service fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
